Senators condemn 'weaponization' of FCC by Chairman Carr
Carr’s public comments trigger concern among Democratic Senators on Commerce Committee
Three members of the Senate Commerce Committee, which oversees the Federal Communications Commission, wrote Chairman Brendan Carr on Thursday, asking him to stop immediately his abuse of the FCC’s legal authority and return to decisions based on evidence.

The letter was written by Senators Edward Markey, D-Massachusetts; Ben Ray Luján, D-New Mexico; and Gary Peters, D-Michigan. We’ve posted the full letter below.
